60‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Lane Line Threads gear. If something doesn’t feel right, you have 60 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). Worn items are welcome! Swimmers test things in the real world, and we get that. Just include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Start your return by emailing lanelinethreads@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval can’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
